Policy Offered.

Otauatu Designs offers a 2 year warranty on all workmanship within the The Nest Collection from the time of purchase.

Any fault in workmanship will be repaired or pieces replaced at the expense of Otautau Designs. This will include any postage or pick-up and delivery costs.

Evidence of dragging over rough or sharp surfaces and thus wearing out external top stitching will absolve warranty on workmanship.

Otautau Designs does not offer any warranty on rips or scratches to your Nest Collection.
